best. Avoid large or bold patterns. Select clothing which is timeless, which
will yield a portrait that can be enjoyed for many years. Remember to coordinate
your clothing from head to toe. Darker clothing tends to minimize body size,
lighter tones tend to emphasize body size.
Coordinate the clothing for
all subjects in group portraits. Too many busy patterns and colors are
distracting in family portraits, select a color theme that blends well. While
all the colors do not have to match, the colors should be harmonious.
